1. Some of our course content is in English language, by purchasing this course you very well aware about the language of content and you very well understand that language, in case of any wrong purchase Outsystems Developer School will be responsible and you will not be eligible for any refund.
2. When you enroll in our course, you get grant access from us to view our course. Don’t try to transfer or resell the course in any way. We reserve the right to discontinue the website at any time, remove the course from course list, withdraw your access from course with/without a prior notice.
3. Access of our course is limited to two devices only in case of accessing course from any third new device it may not allow you to access the course, in case of missing or any failure of your existing devices you want to access this course from new device then you can write us an email with proper description, Outsystems Developer School reserve the right to accept or deny your new device access request, and in such case, you would not be eligible for any refund.
4. By Signing up or purchasing the course you give us a consent to store and track your website access pattern, if we found that you are sharing you credentials or accessing the courses/website from more than two devices Outsystems Developer School holds the right to block your access temporarily or permanently without any prior notice.
5. We designed our courses in a way that it would be accessible only on Google Chrome web browser, we do not give guaranty that course will be accessible in web browsers other than Google Chrome latest versions.

Some functionalities of website requires JavaScript and Cookies to be enabled in your browser to run smoothly, if you disable JavaScript/Cookies in your browser in that case some functionalities may break and result to trouble in accessing the course, we recommend to enable JavaScript and Cookie to access the courses, and you very well aware about it that you will have to enable the JavaScript and Cookies in your browser to access the course. In case of non enabling such features, you won’t be able to access course and not eligible for any refund.

8. Courses are designed to be viewed and watched on computers web browser, we do not give a guarantee that it would work on Mobile/Tablet device the way it works on computers.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payments.
2. We run promotions and sales for our course from time to time. The course may be available at a discounted price for a set period of time. The price applicable to the course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout). Any price offered for the course may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in because some of our promotions are available to new users only.

Some of our courses are based on the right way of doing business, getting a good salary in the corporate world, living a good life, understanding salary science, improving mutual relationships, getting motivation in life, writing, acting, singing and other topics, through any of our courses, we do not claim to make you proficient in any subject mentioned.
3. Through the above courses, we are only giving you the information regarding the said subjects on the basis of our knowledge, experience and education, there can be many more correct ways regarding the above subjects, we do not deny any. Please use the methods mentioned in the courses according to your discretion and circumstances, Outsystems Developer School will not be responsible in case of any side effects

The content of our courses such as video, audio, document files are placed on third party servers such as YouTube, Facebook and others, and its access is given to the users from our website, however we try our best to keep our files safe. These files should always be available, but still, by purchasing our course, you are fully aware of the risk that you will not be able to access those files in the event of third party deleting our files or closing our account under any circumstances. Also, we reserve the right to delete this file from third party servers permanently at any point. And in such cases, no refund policy would be applied.
No refund will be in case of online payment failure, you will have to contact your credit/debit/UPI/Wallet/EMI/Banking provider to reverse the payment.
