Design a user information page.

Design two pages based on give UX mockup.

Validation Scenarios

1. Mobile number filed should be Number only.
2. Length of mobile number should be 10 digit only.
3. Email field should only allow proper email.
4. Email address and alternate email address should not be the same.
5. All fields other than middle name and married checkbox should be mandatory.

Upon save button click, Navigate user to another page and show information based on the given UX mockup.

Upon cancel button click, rest all the fields as per its initial value (Blank)
